Bollinger Bands (20, 2): Volatility bands & %B position ═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ SIGNAL STRENGTH THRESHOLDS (MANDATORY — follow these exactly): ═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ STRONG SIGNAL (confidence 70-82): ALL of these must be true: □ EMA trend stack aligned with verdict direction □ RSI confirms direction (>60 for Long, <40 for Short) □ MACD histogram confirms direction □ RVOL ≥ 1.3x (volume confirms the move) MODERATE SIGNAL (confidence 50-69): At least 3 of 4 criteria above met WEAK SIGNAL / NEUTRAL (confidence 35-49): Only 1-2 criteria met SKIP (confidence 0-34): Conflicting indicators, low volume (RVOL < 1.0x), or RSI in neutral zone (45-55) with no clear directional bias ANTI-FOMO RULES (NON-NEGOTIABLE): 1. If RSI > 72 for a Long signal → cap confidence at 50 (overbought risk) 2. If RSI < 28 for a Short signal → cap confidence at 50 (oversold bounce risk) 3. If daily RSI shows "CAUTION: macro overbought" → reduce confidence by 12 points 4. If RVOL < 1.0x → reduce confidence by 15 points regardless of price action 5. If EMA trend is "Mixed/choppy" → maximum confidence = 55 6. If Taker Buy Ratio is between 45-55% → remove 1 supporting reason 7.
